Booking conditions
- The reservation is only made online via the website.
- The reservation becomes effective only upon receipt of the deposit accompanied by either the contract of reservation and rules of procedure duly completed and signed, either after acceptance of the conditions general sales and rules of procedure when booking online.
- Reservations only bind La Douce Ardèche if Camping La Douce Ardèche has accepted them, which

The accommodation are specially designed for this purpose. You may not sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of Camping. - Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping site
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan, or camper for 1 or 2
people, access to health facilities and facilities.
Renting
- The rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is for 4 to 6 places depending on the type of rental.
- Camping La Douce Ardèche reserves the right to refuse groups or families access to the campsite
presenting with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation. - Pets are not allowed in rentals.
- Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
Booking fee
- Camping La Douce Ardèche offers you booking fees on rentals and pitches.
Rates and tourist tax
- For rentals, prices include electricity (except vehicle charging) and gas.
- The prices shown are valid for the season, they correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT
included. - The amount of the tourist tax is fixed by the community of communes and the
the Ardèche (€ 0.33 per person over 18 years old and per night in 2023).
Cancellation and Amendments
Changing your booking
- Changes to your booking can be made free of charge subject to
availability in the campsite. - In the absence of a written message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned in the contract and you will lose the benefit of your booking accordingly.
Unused benefits
- Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) will not result in a refund.

Cancellation due to Camping La Douce Ardèche
- In case of cancellation due to the Campsite except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded.
However, this cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation by the camper
- Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (LRAR) at Camping La Douce
Ardèche. The reimbursement of the sums paid will be deducted from the specified amounts
below If the cancellation occurs
- More than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days prior to the start date of the stay, the entire deposit will be retained by the
camping. We offer to take out cancellation insurance with our partner 4% of the total amount of your service.
Your stay
Arrival
- Pitches: on the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 2 pm.
- Rental accommodation: the day of your arrival in the campsite you will be welcomed from 16
hours. At the delivery of the keys of your rental a deposit of 250.00 € will be requested and a
deposit of € 50.00 for the household (in two different installments).
During your stay
- It is up to the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his objects
personal (bicycle, linen, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc…and in the event of an incident that falls under the camper’s liability. All guests must
comply with the rules of procedure. Each tenant is responsible for
disturbances and nuisances caused by persons staying with or visiting him.
- Smoking is not allowed in rentals
- Sheets and linens are not provided in our rentals.
- Locations: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the location must be vacated by 12:00 p.m.
- Rental accommodation: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be released between 8am and 10am. The accommodation will be in perfect condition and inventory will be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be at your expense and the restoration of the premises if it was necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the stay compensation withheld from supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory
The holding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the
charges would be greater than the amount of the charge. If the accommodation has not been cleaned correctly before your departure, the deposit of 80.00 € will be retained. For any delayed departure, he can be charged an additional day at the prevailing nightly rate.
Animals
- Pets are allowed in the campsite (except dogs of 1st and 2nd category or dangerous animals) for a fee payable when booking. When they are they must be kept on a leash at all times. The vaccination record must be up to date and present on the campsite.
- Animals are prohibited inside the rentals and inside all buildings (toilets, restaurants, etc…)
The guests - Guests and supplements must be presented, declared and paid at reception before entering the campsite.
Disputes
- In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is delegated to the courts located at the campsite.
Any claim regarding the non-compliance of the services with contractual commitments must be reported in writing (LRAR) to Camping La Douce Ardèche.
Responsibility of Camping La Douce Ardèche
- The customer expressly acknowledges that Camping La Douce Ardèche cannot be held responsible for making the communication by its partners or by any third party, false information that would be
mentioned in the brochure or website of Camping La douce Ardèche concerning the site welcome and in particular photos of presentation, qualifiers, activities, leisure, services and dates of operation. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the website internet from Camping La Douce Ardèche are not contractual. They are only indicative. It can if certain activities and facilities proposed and indicated in the description in the be deleted in particular for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure such as defined by the French courts.
Informatics and Freedom
- The information you provide us when placing your order will not be sent to no third party. This information will be considered by Camping La douce Ardèche as being confidential.
